Chennai, 15 September – The Pauline Family Day 2025 was celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm on 15 September, bringing together members of the Pauline congregations in a spirit of unity and shared mission. Participants included the Society of St Paul (Chennai), the Sister Disciples of the Divine Master from St Mary’s Co-Cathedral and Santhome communities (Chennai), and the Daughters of St Paul from Trichy.

The day was marked by spiritual enrichment, engaging activities, and fraternal fellowship. The celebration commenced with a warm welcome address by Fr Arockia Swamy, setting a cheerful and reflective tone for the day.

The spiritual highlight of the event was the celebration of the Holy Mass, presided over by Fr Michael John. During the liturgy, Fr George Chathanattu delivered an inspiring homily, reflecting on the Gospel call to “go the extra mile” in daily Christian living.

Following the Eucharistic celebration, the atmosphere turned festive with group photo sessions and entertaining games. These were creatively organised by the Sister Disciples from the Santhome Community, adding vibrancy and laughter to the day. Winners of the games and competitions were honoured with prizes, which brought added excitement and joy.

The day concluded with a delightful fellowship meal, lovingly prepared and hosted by Fr Gregory Rayappan, fostering further moments of sharing and togetherness.

The Pauline Family Day 2025 was a beautiful occasion that deepened bonds of communion and rekindled the shared Pauline spirit among the congregations. Participants expressed heartfelt gratitude, with many affirming it as a grace-filled and unforgettable celebration.
