Staff-training Programme for Book Centre Personnel

Bandra : In order to equip our Book Centre Staff with the required competence and skills to carry  out the Pauline Mission through our Book Centres and to enhance the quality of our service to the general public, the office of the HR has prepared  four  training programmes, two in Chennai (7-8, 14-15) and two in Mumbai (19-20, 26-27) February 2024. Our Staff from Chennai, Kochi, Vijayawada and Eluru will attend the same in Chennai and those from Mumbai, Jalandhar, Pune and New Delhi will attend the programme in Mumbai. The programme consists of inputs and practical sessions led by Paulines and other experts in the field. The themes chosen for the programme are: Mission of a Pauline Book Centre in the thoughts and teachings of our Founder, customer care, communication skills, team work, culture of work discipline and job satisfaction among the staff. Frs Dominic D’Silva and Michael John will coordinate the event in Chennai while Fr Stephen Kollamkudy and the HR will coordinate the same in Mumbai.
