Bandra : The department of HR conducted an animation session for all our staff on the Bandra campus, lasting about 90 minutes, on Saturday, 4 November 2024. The theme chosen for the day was ‘Society of St Paul at the Service of God and the World." Among the 68 staff on campus, about 50 of them took an active part in the programme. Keeping in mind the academic programme of SPICEFW, the session will be repeated for the staff of SPICE at a more convenient time. Fr. Sajith Cyriac and Fr. Tirkey Joseph effectively animated the sessions in English and Hindi, respectively, and each staff could choose their preferred language.
Inspired by the thoughts and teachings of our Founder, it was a humble effort to invite our staff, though belonging to different faiths, to be ‘partners in the one Gospel’ through their contribution and collaboration in the mission of the congregation. The animators presented before the staff Blessed James Alberione, his passion and love for doing ‘something for the men of the new century’. “It was very interesting and enriching”, was the comment of one of the staff as he was coming out of the animation hall.
