Bandra : The Director of SPICE, Mumbai, Fr Plavendran Irudayasamy, represented our college at the Annual General Body Meeting of the Xavier Board of Higher Education in India (XBHEI) held at Rajagiri Business School, Kochi, from 21 October to 23 October, 2023. XBHEI is the only association of all the Catholic Institutions of Higher Education in India. The theme of the conference was “Institutional Preparedness for the Future: Challenges and opportunities in the Higher Education.” About three hundred Principals and representatives from a number of Catholic Higher Education Institutions in India participated in this programme. SPICE being a member of the XBHEI, this annual event gave us a beautiful opportunity to connect with various principals and academicians from across the country and to establish a networking in the sphere of sharing knowledge and expertise in the field of higher education. It also helped us to become more aware of the ever changing norms and policies of both state and central governments in college education.
