TEN VOLUMES OF CATECHETICAL BOOKS

On Wednesday 2nd August 2017, a special Visit to the Blessed Sacrament was conducted in the community of Bengaluru to pray for the birthday baby Fr David Pushparaj. During that hour of Visit, Fr David, with immense Joy and gratitude, offered the Ten Volumes of the newly published Catechetical Books at the feet of the Eucharistic Lord. It reminds us of the first copies of “Unione Cooperatori Buona Stampa” (25th October 1918) that were brought and kept on a table before the altar to ensure the blessings of Lord. In the same evening, Fr Varghese Gnalian, Superior and the Provincial Designate, released the Ten Volumes of the Catechetical Books in the community dining hall. The copies were handed over to Fr David, Fr TC Joseph and Fr George Kaitholil. Fr David expressed his gratitude to Fr TC Joseph for patiently correcting the manuscripts and Fr Sebastian Thomas for supporting him to give life to this dream project and several others who assisted him generously to give birth to this envious work. During the book release, Fr Varghese said, “There is a similarity between our Patron St Paul and Fr David, i.e., both of them travel miles and miles to spread the message of Jesus Christ, yet they are never tired”. Congratulations to Fr David for this unique achievement; our special words of appreciation to all those who have generously contributed their time and talents for the realization of this project.
