The Society of St Paul in India entered into the ministry of communication education in the year 2011 with the establishment of St Pauls Institute of Communication Education (SPICE), Mumbai. In 2016, St Pauls College and SPICE were established in Bengaluru. With the emergence of these Institutes, the need for a set of guidelines/directives became necessary to define the roles of different offices. Hence, an attempt is made through the help of different individuals to codify a booklet of directives. The booklet of directives for the Pauline Centres for Communication Studies (PCCS) is prepared and is sent out to all those involved in the Education ministry in the Province. It defines the identity of PCCS and also explains the role of different office bearers in our study centres. With the approval of the Provincial Government, this document comes to effect ad experimentum from the new scholastic year 2017-2018.
