POLICIES FOR HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Fr Michael John, the Director of Human Resource, has prepared “Policies for Human Resource Management”. The “Policies for Human Resource Management” is a useful tool for both the Directors and the Staff to understand their rights and duties and to execute them. The strict observance of the policy is called for to ensure professionalism in the recruitment of the staff and the entire staff welfare programme. With the approval from the Provincial Government, this policy comes to effect ad experimentum in our companies: Better Yourself Books & Media Pvt Ltd., and St Pauls Books & Media Pvt Ltd. from the new scholastic year 2017-2018.
