MEETING OF THE SUPERIORS/DELEGATES AND BURSARS

The annual meeting of the Superiors/Delegates and Bursars was held from 8th to 9th June 2017. Fr. Devasia, the Vicar Provincial, formally welcomed the participants and then briefly presented the situation of the Province. After this introductory session, Fr Jose Mathew, the Provincial Bursar, presented the financial situation of the communities and of the apostolic units in the Province. On Friday, 9th June, Mr Devan, our auditor, was invited to make a presentation on GST. Besides the participants of this meeting, Directors and the staff dealing with accounts were called in to listen to this informative talk. The meeting proceeded with the presentation of the budget proposals for 2017-2018. Finally, a session was dedicated to discuss some of the important areas of Pauline life in the Province.
