STAFF MEETING AT SPICE, MUMBAI

SPICE, Mumbai, is busy round the clock with its marketing strategy and promotional plans for the next academic year. Knowing the need for team work, the management took some time to organize a staff meeting to strengthen our relationship with the entire SPICE team and to acknowledge their contribution to the institute. The meeting was held on Friday, 13 January 2017 and the main agenda of the meeting was to make known to the participants the Disciplinary Guidelines which was sent from the Office of the Director of Human Resource.  The management team led by Fr Dominic D’Silva, the Director, and Fr Renold Pascal, the Asst. Director, explained with clarity the importance of team spirit and their involvement in the building up of the Institute. At the end of the meeting, Fr D’Silva opened the floor to the participants for free discussion and clarification on policies of the Institute that concerns the staff.
