Meeting of Superiors/Delegates

We have scheduled a meeting for all the Superiors/Delegates of our Province on

23–24 March 2017 at the Provincialate. The meeting will begin with a concelebrated

mass at 6.30 am on 23rd and will conclude at 12 noon the following day. The agenda

for the meeting will be sent to you in due time. Kindly do the necessary

arrangements for your travels well in advance.

Please note: Beginning from the next financial year the annual meeting of all the

Superiors and Delegates along with the Bursars will take place sometime in the

middle of June 2017 i.e. before the end of the first quarter of the new financial year

as it was proposed by the Finance committee.
