The preparation for the forthcoming CAP-ESW meeting scheduled from 14th to 17th February is in full-swing at Mumbai. The theme of the seminar is: Pauline Mission among people of different faiths and cultures: Challenges & opportunities. Participants from five countries (The Philippines, Korea, Japan, USA, and Australia) have confirmed their participation. From India, besides the Provincial Superior, the Director General and the General Editor, the Provincial with the approval of the Superior General has nominated Fr Renold Paschal, Fr Sebastian Thomas and Fr Prithvi Raj as participants. In a spirit of mutual collaboration and support and with the permission of the Superior General, a few representatives from the Daughters and St Paul and Pious Disciples of the Divine Master will also be participating in this international event. The sessions of the Seminar will be presided over by Fr Celso Godilano, General Councillor and will be moderated by Fr Jose Pottayil, General Councillor and President of CTIA; Fr Saju Illickal, Provincial Councillor, will be the Secretary of the Seminar. Thus the total participants for this event are twenty-eight. While the guests will be accommodated in the Provincialate, the programmes will be held in the Alberione hall of SPICE. The different committees formed for the organization of this event are busy to ensure that they offer the best of our traditional hospitality and service. We pray through the intercession of our Founder, Blessed James Alberione, that this seminar may have a very fruitful outcome!
